Information We Collect

At registration, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, fax number and address. You will also be asked to establish a log in name and password in order to access the Web site. If you forget your password, you may send us an email, and we will email the password to you. To process your order, you will be asked for information similar to the registration form and for payment information. CAP's web servers automatically collect web site usage information from you when you visit the Web Site. Web site usage information informs us about how our visitors use and navigate the Web Site, including the number and frequency of visitors on each Web Page, their Internet Protocol addresses, the length of their stays and the actions they take (including purchases). Certain pages of the Web Site may use cookies and clear GIFs to track and store your information for the purposes described in this policy, and to allow us to recognize you as a registered user if you return to the Web site using the same computer and browser. The Web Site is directed towards adults; CAP does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

You are responsible for keeping your log in name and password confidential, and are responsible for all actions taken with your log in name and password, including fees. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password by logging into the site, clicking on the Account tab, then choose Modify User Profile. The password can be changed there. If you forget your login or password, you may click on the link to be assigned a new password.

Your Ability to Choose

We communicate with you to provide information, products and services that you have requested. It is your choice to send us these requests. You have the option to reject the Web Site cookies and still use the Web Site. However, your access to the Web Site will be limited. For example, you will not be able to place or track orders. We also send you with valuable information about CAP products and services. You may always opt out of receiving marketing emails by following the instructions on the marketing email.
